He provides legal counsel in all of Ohio's courts of appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court for all civil and criminal cases. Donald has argued appeals before the Sixth District Court of Appeals in the federal court, and Fifth, Sixth, Eighth, Tenth, and Eleventh District Court of Appeals in the appellate courts of Ohio.
